<"why did the results contradict all of your theories models?"> Sorry -- times up for discussing this -- if you cannot grasp that this is the conclusion reached after painstaking research that took thousands of man years of coordinated and inter-connected scientific effort from the late 1980s till today -- a period of over 25 years -- then I am wasting my time exchanging notes with you. I do not debate the underlying medical cause of AIDs -- although there are plenty of people who do. Millions of Africans denied because their leaders denied that AIDs was sexually transmitted -- it would have required them to change their way of living. Same with smoking -- I do not waste my time debating whether or not smoking causes cancer -- it does, altough I know people who firmly believe that smoking only causes cancer if you quit smoking. I don't debate whether or not the Twin Towers were downed, although I know an astonishing number of people in some places in the world who believe it was a Hollywood special effect -- and many in the US believe it was an event planned and executed by the US government. And I know that climate change is not a hoax because I have witnessed the mind-boggling and painstaking research that underlies this conclusion over a 25 year period -- believe whatever you want, somebody or something will give you an excuse do do so if that is your intent. As for most people in the world, it is time to decide what we do now -- you can sit it out as you are in denial.

It is hard or maybe impossible to pin down climate change. There are so many causes and possible causes and cycles of all sizes going on that their CO2 theory may be right, but at the same time they may be very wrong big picture. For all we know man made CO2 may have prevented or delayed the onset of the next ice age. <g/ng> In other words how do you measure the impact of CO2 if you have no way of measuring the impact of everything else? What man needs (or wants), in my humble opinion, is a proven and effective way to control the climate (up or down) that overrides all other factors and that can be manipulated by man to his hearts content. Maybe CO2 will end up being that magic switch or maybe it won't...
