Excellent.....but remember...Kenny has always been in the wealth redistribution biz....and I suspect most of his clients are welfare recipients of one sort or another...

It is impossible to tell from the article whether unemployment compensation or medicaid is included as welfare.

Oh bummer! Welfare? You're describing redistribution of wealth. I thought that was why the anointed one was elected, to redistribute the wealth. Take money from those who earned it and redistribute it to those who didn't earn it. I know lets call it "Social Justice". That sounds much better. Sounds much fairer too. Social Justice.
