Apple has excellent health care.

"Geniuses are under tremendous pressure to work while sick despite their public-facing role. I came down with the flu a couple of years ago and was pressured by my boss into returning to work before I’d quite recovered. A couple of days after returning, I relapsed even worse than before, and found myself being warned in writing for excessive absences, as someone somewhere up the chain considered this to be two sicknesses."

I'd hate to read what happens when a Genius has to have a lung operation.

sometimes health benefit is a key attraction for a job.

I know someone with tons of NYC real estate working a janitor job at a hospital, just for the heath benefits (no joke)
