RW, > Sure he did. What you think he's trying to fail? No, I think he honestly thought he could rush things. I don't think he's a dummy, so it's a given he expected the path to be rough. That's why I think he tried to rush through legislation before the opposition had a chance to mount any resistance. That didn't work out, which suggests that Obama underestimated the opposition.
