I can't believe that no one is discussing the Imation fiasco today

They're cutting their employees back by a large number.

Combine that with Syjunk's bad report, and the only winner in the industry is Iomega.

Cheer up. (If anyone needs to, it is me...I own 3 stocks and the only good one is Iomega)

I found this part interesting:

The company reported that, although revenue from its award-winning SyJet and EZFlyer products declined, unit sales at retail rose toward
the end of the quarter. Total unit shipments of drives and cartridges during the fourth quarter increased over the third period, but revenue
declined due to price reductions and the resultant price protections that occurred during the quarter


Remember, this is the Iomega thread. Decreased revenues are bad for Syquest, but their increased unit sales are bad for Iomega.
