It uses the word "Enumeration". It's just spelling out the right that are to be especially protected, NOT granted.

That's just bullshit even if our founders wrote it. God gave no right, other than free will. The Constitution grants rights no mater what others claim.

This is the main one and most important thing that separates us from every other civilization in recorded history. This is why America is special. Dumbfounding that some of our own citizens don't even understand this.
