I did earlier today. I am still baffled why management hasn't said anything to clear up the rumours / bad press. Oh well, I sure hope you and others get some relief with a good earnings report.

Yes, has been a tough ride with CTYS lately. I initially had 200 shares at 9 3/4 which I dropped at 9 13/16ths within minutes of the lawsuit news release through Reuters. A good move at the time.

Once the stock began dropping, I went against my rule of buying a falling stock and truly believed we had seen a bottom somewhere around 3 or 3 1/2 - obviously a mistake. I really believed we were seeing a lot of overaction to the situation as well.

Obviously, I am begining to have serious concerns about this stock. Maybe if B&S or CTYS themselves would let us out of suspense and release some REAL information we could move forward. However, it seems like thus far all we have are vague releases and a lack of openness with the investment community.

At this point I will ride it out to the very end. At this point the damage is done and risk/reward potential makes me believe that holding on to what's left may still be the best bet.

This stock is beginning to look a a lot like the fiasco with Mercury Finance - these specialty sub par financial stocks are begining to remind me of the S&L industry of the 80's - only doubtful we can count on the US Govt. to bail us out...lol
