Franco,

You are overlooking one important fact. Pfizer has a substantial sales force in the field and are aggresively expanding that sales force at a rapid rate. This is, in fact, a trend among most of the big drug companies. They intend to take market share away from competitors large and small. Don't underestimate the rapor their sales force has with physicians and hospitals. These companies buy their way into new markets and small fry like Vivus are no match for them.
