Whatever you may *think* that it 'sounds like' inside YOUR OWN CRANIUM the rules do not support that perception I'd argue.

A free and fair vote of *all* of the eighty-odd editors (based on writing samples they review), and not a single mandated quota or guaranteed slot anywhere within sight....
