<infotainment>

You got that right, especially in Dan's case.

He has God on his side? Give me a break, I doubt Dan would even go this far. He has an opinion which sometimes I agree with and many times do not, but I have to admit I have never felt the presence of the almighty when reading his posts. And by the way which gods side is he on? Allah? God (Judeo-Christian)? If God is it a denominational God like for instance will Catholics agree that God is on Dan's side, but protestants will not? Buddah? Vishnu? a shinto god?

Please illuminate!

Larry...

>You have God on your side>

And so did Saddam....

Oh, and I guess Barksdale said that, too!

Dermot, I'm trying to get people to stop calling anyone who criticizes Microsoft a religious zealot, and now I have God on my side? I'm just some guy. I mean, I'll take all the help I can get, but I've said a few rude things about God in my time too, like I don't particularly believe in him anymore. I sort of like this Jesus guy though, especially the camel and eye of the needle thing that the right wing "Christian Nation" crowd seems to have excised from their bibles:-). Maybe they have a nice legalistic interpretation on that one too :-|. (I'm not quite sure what :-| means though).

On the issue of copyright, my understanding of the Berne convention is that people by default own what they write, unless they explicitly sell or renounce their rights. In general, I wouldn't object to my postings showing up elsewhere, though I'd sort of like to know about it. Feel free to send email if you want, address is in my profile.

Cheers, Dan.
