Michael:

You're right from a TA point of view. Below 20, I think 17 is another weak support level, then it's free fall to around 10. But I doubt that this stock will go under 20 because fundamental looks too good. Current PE is around 35. At the current growth rate, this co. will easily make at least $1.00/share next year, which will put the PE at around 20 which is too low.

If this stock falls further, I think the big houses like Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sach, and Robbie Stephens should come to the rescue by upgrading the stock because Sandisk could cancel the secondary at this price and there will be no money for the underwriters.

Michael,

<<<see some support around 20.00, if it breaks under that , may be free fall. any ideas technically(looks really bad)"

For someone that says he's long you sure don't give that impression. How long have you been following this stock? If you had been following it long enough you'd know that the fundamentals for Sandisk have changed over the last 6-8 months. If it weren't for the CEO, we'd still be at 40! Whereas before they were in an upward battle to establish themselves and their technology, against Intel and others, they now have become IMO, and I believe the market as well thinks so, the defacto standard for flash memory products for digital cameras. Not an easy feat to accomplish! They have good earnings which I believe will continue to increase through royalties and product sales. IMO, the earnings certainly justify $30/share. Also, the cellular phone market could be the tip of the iceberg for new markets for Sandisk products. And, don't forget the PC market either.

I personally resent you making unfounded apocalyptic predictions! If your shorting the stock go ahead and say so. No one will bite you!

Would you care to sustantiate what you say with hard facts? You owe your fellow shareholders at least that much. NO?

Well, I can make a prediction too - on second thought I won't make a prediction except to say that I'm still LONG!!!!

Mauro.
