The "hanging" part was bolded (the later part where you or someone reports the hanging part was a mistake wasn't - why highlight the mistaken part?) as were the later sections crediting the idea Sparkman was a political killing and that Beck etc had been targeting hate toward census workers. That isn't true either. People have been criticizing the plan to run the census out of the WH instead of the Commerce Department which has traditionally handled it as well as the planned use of ACORN in the census. Very reasonable criticisms and as a result of those criticisms and recent scandals involving ACORN, the census bureau has severed all ties to ACORN. None of the criticisms involve stoking hate toward individuals who work as census workers.
