Ga Bard, It is my understanding that the lawsuit for the FCC violations is a class action suit on behalf of DFNL's shareholders.

The PR company says it is required by Federal law that cable companies pick up the local TV stations. Apparently this is not happening with DFNL's station WINQ-TV. I think there are two cable companies that the shareholders are suing.

It is also my understanding that when this lawsuit is settled it will expand WINQ-TV's viewing audience to an additional 500,000 homes. This should increase advertising revenue.

I'm not an attorney but it sounds reasonable to me.

Any thoughts?

Cheryl
