Sounds like you have the same kinds of frustrations I do. Paper is a big one. Vehicles and mechanical devices that don't work are another.

Looks like they have some trouble with their windows on that car. You might want to whisper "lemon law" in the dealer's ear:

lemonauto.com

townhall-talk.edmunds.com

autos.yahoo.com

Oh Naomi....I KNOW about paper piles....but then again, you wouldn't have them if you were not doing anything....
<smiles!> I've really come to realize that I love the Hunting part of history, and research, more than the Gathering of it...and certainly, if anything like a book or organized group of papers is concerned, one has to gather them all together and index and sort them....It is SO much more fun gathering new information, and certainly it is because there is so much on Internet to be interested in, isn't there?

I've finally done the same thing you have done...given myself 3 "MUST GET DONE" items each day Monday - Friday (outside of Internet or research on any of my projects) That does seem to work better, but then again, usually the list is more than 3 things....

My guess is that nearly all of us here have the same issues, but that makes it fun. If we had nothing to do, it would be just boring.

Good Luck on Monday with the car window. You'll probably sweet talk the owner into a whole new window, installed lickedly split!
