Have been riding the gold stocks now for the past four years and they have been "kind" to say the least. That said, I agree that we are in the early stages of a huge gold bull market. The US dollar has been monstrously abused by the US government and the FED and this abuse continues on a scale that is almost unimaginable. Now the piper is being paid, much to the dismay and misfortune of the US citizenry. I can only hope that pent up anger surfaces and the USA rids itself of the two stupid kids experimenting in the chemistry lab before they blow the country into the next galaxy. Thanks to the machinations and greed of Wall Street, a once magnificent nation has been brought to its knees. But where the hell are the indictments? We have just witnessed the largest financial swindle in history, yet nary a word about prosecuting the white collar criminals who carried out the crime. The Wall Street banks "bought and paid for" the ratings agencies, (which allowed them to sell their toxic toilet paper to the world's pension fund managers with AAA ratings). Today, the crooks continue to live like kings while Joe Six Pack tries to figure out where his decades of pension fund contributions have gone and how he will keep his family together without employment. I am rarely incensed by what I see in the financial markets but this one is rotten to the core. Here we have what will likely prove to be the the greatest financial crime in history, yet the crooks not only escape punishment, they are actually rewarded with huge handouts of tax payer dough. BRILLIANT!!! It is not as though the crooks are not well known, nor their deeds lacking in documentation. No doubt their immunity relates to their having purchased more than just the ratings agencies. Justice will prevail? Of course. Meantime every one of us around the globe will be forced to "eat", not just the losses imposed on us by these criminals but also the costs of keeping their sorry excuses for "banks" alive. Unimaginable, but that is what happens when the fox is given the keys to the hen house as a reward for slaughtering most of its inhabitants. Unfortunately, gold provides one of the few means by which we can protect our buying power as the powers-that-be hang the US Greenback out to dry. (Sorry for the "rant" but rape isn't a petty crime) Best, Earlie
