No. What we'd be hearing from the Left is, "This was a rinky-dink, fly-by-night, unorganized amateur that could have never gotten the plan off the ground, and that the Feds set up just so they could point to something and call it a "success".

We heard this about every significant attempt that was broken up under the Bush administration.
