Lived 10 years in Ottawa and two years in Montreal.. Hell, I'd do 80-90km hours on 401 at night heading back to Ottawa from Toronto.. Staying clear of the trucks.. Only once it was so bad, I had to pull over and stay the night in Belleville and by next noon, highway was clear enough to head back home..

Fun days.. Of course, for me panic situation was freezing rain and slick black roads..
