Roly, that all depends on what happens in the semi tool business....if the current analysts estimates are right....AMAT is undervalued. If there is a slowdown, we may see the low 20's. At this point it's uncertian what the valuation of AMAT will be in 6 months or 1 year. It's all dependant on the semi industry, which in my opinion dosen't look very healthy.

Asian markets have turned positive from earlier this evening.

Roly, I did buy some AMAT now in the form of year 2000 LEAPS with a 35 strike. Could not resist. What is your opinion of the possible run AMAT could have by mid 99?
Also, I have looked but just can't find the date of AMAT's next earnings reporting date. I know its coming up soon, someone help me out. SI's calendar does not show it. Thanks, SW
