All, How bad are we going to get hammered tomorrow? In other words, ow low can we go? There has to be a bottom somewhere.

An old adage says..."The darkest hour is just before the light." Well it's not an adage but a CSN lyric, but it is very appropraite.

HOLDING AND PRAYING, RYAN

I believe in large part that may be a function of Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. (NYSE:SFE) making the rights offering to their shareholders of 6,400,000 shares @ $5 of CVSN.

SFE has in the past made rights offerings to their owners of companies like Novell, CompuCom Systems, Cambridge Technology Partners. CVSN was formed by XL Vision, Inc and is a Safeguard Scientifics, Inc partnership company.

The fact that the company has not yet made any commercial sales nor intends to for some time makes you wonder why ACMI is at less than
$2 with almost $5 M in sales per quarter. I remember when ACMI was at $9 a share about 5-6 months after the merger. It sure has been downhill from there for the stock. The funny thing is that (ACMI) has already met their intended business plan (pro-forma revenue) numbers for the second year of operation and still has one more quarter to go.

Go figure. The Wall Street Journal did not post ACMI earnings this morning. Coincidental? I don't think so. Orchestrated? Maybe.

The aspect that intriques me the most about CVSN is there plan to implement "Per Click" pricing (per slide). No need for the labs to buy the Digital Analyzer. What do you think of that?

I haven't bought the stock b/c I feel that it will settle down to lower levels....yet there appears to be no shortage of buyers that have made it 5 times higher in price than ACMI (doubled from its recent $5 offering price).

By the way did you notice that ACMI's name was conspicuosly absent from being listed as a contender in the Cytopathology Pap Smear Apparatus field section of the prospectus for CVSN?

8:21 A.M. Halloween morning. I hope the street can take a joke when it comes to ACMI earnings or the lack there-of. Looks like a strong opener for the DOW this morning. Could be ugly. Is this the wall of worry time that is often spoken about?
