You really are confused. As was pointed out before, the DOJ covers antitrust oversight for Microsoft and the FTC covers antitrust oversight for Intel.

Brilliant, Dan. So, to satisfy your inner feelings toward Intel, the feds should break up one of the most technically advanced manufacturing companies in the world, one of the few that the US owns. Just brilliant. Perhaps you should join the Obama administration, they need people like you.
