Good ol' ceterus paribus, I remember it well from my short stint taking economics courses almost 30 years ago: en.wikipedia.org Clearly, the overall 2010 Republican message will be simple anti-Obama bashing on every front with the holy mantra that tax cuts could save us all if only they were given another chance. And really, a Republican Congress would finally get serious about spending restraint. Those other six years with them in sole control were some kind of aberration. And let's not forget how much the electorate just loves neocon foreign policies. I wouldn't want to be them. No new ideas to offer.
