In north Texas that translates to 3000 sq ft plus. My property taxes went up last year.

My brother lives in St. Petersburg, FL. They've been there for about 30 years and love it. He reminds me of the decent prices for homes there, but FL isn't for me. I think the prices are quite attractive in AZ, the weather is nice and warm, air is clean and they don't have hurricanes.

I can't do anything as long as my 93 yo mother keeps on keeping on. She counts on me being around. But, once she passes, there really isn't much reason, other than my church family, to stick around. Church can be duplicated in AZ, I'm sure. But, my mom isn't giving any signs of heading for the exit any time soon, thankfully.
