During the Bush years Russia was not only behaving for the most part, they were actually cooperative behind the scenes WRT Iran. Only when it was clear we were electing a weak, neophyte as president did they become a problem. And now, they've made an absolute fool of Clinton who went there seeking sanctions and came back empty handed (in fact, having to claim she didn't go there for that purpose to begin with -- in order to save face). You think that would have happened with John Bolton running the show? Hell no. That you simpletons cannot see the correlation between the weakness of our president and the sudden surge in problems in dealing with foreign governments? I guess you want to blame it all on Bush.
