There was no depression during Bush's term. It occured during Obama's term. He had a chance to pass an effective stimulas package, but instead he paid off democrat's and bought turkey's.

Did Obama vote for Bush's budget? Yes, he did. That he shares ownership with Bush doesn't change the fact that all of the budget is his.
