I was wondering if you could comment on BAN.

Considering recent developments such as low reserve calculations, less than stellar grades, dumping of shares, the continuing slide of share price, failure of funds to get on board, and the lack of financing, does this indicate that the potential for an economic resource is slim or is it more a reflection of the lack of confidence in management. I don't believe it is just the market.

EC: Your response to my simple question appears to be, "so the guy is a flake, but maybe this time he's right." When, as pointed out on the IPM thread, all of this guy's lawsuits are dismissed.

I still notice that you have toned down your "IPM is a scam" chatter. Why is that, EC?
