Your opinion is that he is flaky. I won't second that. Evidently
he did not succeed in his other suits. Probably money as much as anything but that is recent history too. Evidently he is litigous.
Ok, So are many lawyers and I know a few miners that have been in a dozen or more. At any rate it does not go very far to deny the
righteousness of his cause, just his resources. IQ wise he may be above you and I.

I myself was in two suits in the past five years. Won one, lost one.
Should start four more. One on stolen patents, one on endangerment
and one on breach of promise/malfeasance/breach of trust. May have to start a breach suit end of this year for more stock. World is full of torts. You would have to agree.

$$$$$$$$$ is the key to successful litigation. Just try suing IBM. The gov't has tried and failed four times. Does that mean their suit is without reason.. that the lawyers are flaky? what about the new anti-trust against Microshaft? without reason? May fail.
