Never had a real lawsuit, is another, and more realistic way of saying it. Too bad you only defend the crybabies. Too bad you don't tell them the truth about "no proven reserves" on the properties you have for sale. The truth is, you don't know if there is 5 ounces on ALL the properties you have for sale, IMO.
