I would find the best oncologist I could and take his advice. He would be informed about the MANY clinical trials in progress through conferences and literature.

This brings us back to my original point: don't blame the analyst or anyone else for not recognizing the greatness of hPAM4, as you do, since Immunomedics has not published or presented any data about it yet. What am I to tell my hypothetical oncologist? That strangers on the Internet are making unverified claims about it? That anecdotes at an investor conference a year and a half ago were good? I might as well listen to Suzanne Somers for advice on how to treat it.
