Given your remark above, you are incompetent to discuss this subject at this point in time. As a starting point, check out The Looming Tower, which will at least give you a basic idea of what AQ is and why they continue to be a threat. While you're at it, I would recommend you read a few of the excellent books on nuclear terrorism.
