You're assuming that koan can read anything more advanced than a comic book. Based on his many posts....I'm not so sure.

9/11 happened on Bush's watch and he was warned. He blew it.

It was Bush's responsibility to protect us and he didn't.

9/11 did not happen on Clintons watch to Obama's watch!
