It was Clinton's fault because when AQ declared war on America he ignored it and continued to treat terrorism as though it were a crime.

The war on terror isn't over, even though Obama has foolishly called it to a halt.

9/11 happened after Bush had been president for 9 months. He had plenty of time to organize an FBI that could have protected us.

Bush was engaged in cutting the budgets and paid no attention to the warnings he got abotu AQ.

Bush let AQ bomb us. Didn't happen on Clinton or Obama's watch.
