What don't you understand about -- "Citing economic analysts she says the fiscal stimulus will have its greatest impact on growth in the second and third quarters of 2009". What that means is THE BEST OF THE STIMULUS IS OVER, you dolt. And in case you haven't noticed, unemployment is still climbing and could well be this time next year. This "stimulus" has finally put to rest the idea that you can spend your way out of a recession. From now on, when a liberal nitwit makes this claim, we can point to the Summer of 2009 as the absolute proof it doesn't work.
