Just what I've been telling my friends at HSBC hq:
"Cash for CRE-Clunkers is next....bet on it."

I fully expect another bailout program, some fancy name though since clunkers has already been used, maybe...CRE-PEE??

I think it's underway and relative to residential it's the silent killer. No poor family to be thrown out on the street...just the greedy landlord.
