The billing was on medical equipment, as I understand it. And drugs. Not Doctors. Probably easier to fake.

You get set up, bill a million, get paid, and disappear at the first sign of inquiry.

I cannot speak to the bonafides of the show, but I did not see it as an attempt to demonize doctors. If anything to my mind it was an argument against more government control of health care. Am I missing something?
