Pretty upbeat article in today's Financial Post about the present negotiations between Natives, Government, and Inco. Sopko believes a deal with the Aboriginal groups could be in place this year, which would allow Inco to begin work on Voisey's Bay in early May. "We remain as committed to the project as we ever have been. We're going to move heaven and earth to get this project off the ground."
