Presidents declare national emergencies frequently to circumvent federal work rules and burdensome regulation.

That's a good argument for eliminating many of those work rules and regulations.

David Frum is by far the lowest piece of swine excrement on this planet. He is responsible for Bushes propaganda campaign and therefore is equal in my mind to Goebbles. I heard him speak during those years and he is a racist hateful pig. I don't listen to him no matter what side of any issue he is on so I didn't read the article. He has no credibility and should be in jail for the things he said and did during the Bush Iraq years.
