I'd second Paul's remarks about Bill Vaughn's posts.

I spoke to BK yesterday.

Paul: Thank you for your observations. Quite awhile ago I posted information that I gleamed from a Cisco friends digging. He said that Cisco had 13 Nuko "projects". Nothing was ever announced so I assume that the whispers of problems with Nuko equipment (some posted on this thread) must have been true. Only a guess though. And, for what its worth my insider tells me the ADC deal is inked. Why no announcement? I don't know. One might guess that the "earnings" and revenues for the last quarter are so bad that they are saving the ADC announcement to report with the bad earnings . Who knows.
Good luck.

"The delay in the Q report date is interesting. When we met with BK, he
mentioned the Q report should be out by October 26 or 27. Seems to me the delay
could mean two things: either they are trying to delay to the last minute or they are
delaying hoping to have the ADC deal done by then. They could delay until
November 14 before violating the SEC rules requiring they report within 45 days
after the close of the Q. But they are planning to release the report on November 6."

Paul, I know that you have worked hard on this stock, but how many times have you and others predicted positive things from behaviors that are at best reading tea leaves. You have read positive implications into seemingly benign events before. I don't like the delaying of the quarterly results. It indicated that NUKO has nothing positive to report and they are putting off a horrible report hoping something will gel in the next few days. They seem desperate.

"Today is the last day mutual fund managers can sell this stock and report the tax loss
in the 1997 tax year. I think that may have put a lot of pressure on the stock this week.
I think we've seen the low until the Q report."

One year ago at just about this time FSCX explained their drop in stock price with similar thinking. Look at the chart on FSCX and you will see that it went lower after the end of October. The tax angle doesn't hold water. It particularly doesn't if you consider that revenues are sequential down and lower than a year ago. They don't seem to have a product to sell anymore. Their alliance partners aren't generating revenue per last earnings report.

I do agree that Bill's personal attacks have not be right. As many bears in a thread of bulls experience though, he has in fact been right in spite of being trashed for having his bearish position on the stock and scorn for the bull's reasoning. He may not be a nice guy, but he has been more right about this stock than anyone else. More right than I think he ever though he would be.

Paul, your post is totally unwarranted.
You state: <<"Your information is so biased and so incorrect">>
Instead of attacking me, why don't you just tell us why your "friend" is selling his stock. All we've heard from you and your fellow Kondamoorites is a bunch of crap about great technology, Cisco, Northern Telecom, ADC, Oracle, Korea, chip deals, a bad CFO, a slow market, licensing deals, $40million here and $10million there. It's all crap and it has been propagated for months on this thread.

So, today, you take the opportunity to crybaby about me, then end your message with more crap about mutual fund managers driving the price down. No, it never occurred to you that the price is down because the company is a failure?

Yesterday, I noted that your Svegali had filed to sell hundreds of thousands more shares - at exactly the time when the rumors of an ADC or Cisco deal were running rampant on this thread. For that, you blast me and my "biased" information? Don't you think Bottom_Dweller (Kyle a 22 year old newcomer to investing) is entitled to know that the shares he is purchasing for a buck and a half might be the ones the CEO is selling?

I have never intentionally insulted anyone on this thread, never blamed anybody for my investment, never asked you to perform due dilligence (that'll be the day) for me, and never provided false information on Nuko. So get off your high horse and stop spreading your friend's propaganda, lest you start with the MARGIN CALL nonsense again!

Paul, now that Form 4 has been filed, I can now answer your accusatory, rhetorical question of 10/31/97:

<<"Has he sold the shares yet?">>

YES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
