Elmer, he's going to be gone. He didn't pass any intellectual property relevant to a customer's manufacturing needs/operations. I kinda doubt he passed anything to anyone related to design or process. It was just about the asset lite strategy, which ironically, was rumored several months to occur exactly as it did (except for the buyer of course). Heck even this board was talking about spinning of the fabs and going fabless prior to the event. Not really a surprise. The truth is bad enough, so no need for prevarication.
