All: I just got off the horn with Schwab's securities department. I asked the lady to check on the DTC situation. According to her "the DTC does not have certificates available to give out at this time". She also said that this has been the case since Oct. 23. I asked her what this meant and she said it was probably due to the TA change. I informed her that the new Ta had printed my first cert request from Schwab and this seemed to dumbfound her. She said to keep calling and checking. She didn't know what to make of it and the DTC will not comment on it. Does anyone have any insights? Sincerely, Hraka
