Today, President Obama will lead another meeting to debate strategy in Afghanistan. He will presumably discuss the questions that have divided his advisers: How many troops to commit?

There is only one correct answer to how many troops to commit.

Obama must commit sufficient troops to prevail or withdraw. Obama has absolutely no military experience. He must provide a troop level that our ground war-fighting generals say is needed to prevail.

Obama's job is to define the final goal. Planning the campaign and executing those plans has to be left to the expert war-fighters.

To do less does America enormous harm and abuses the men and women serving today.

Can you imagine the NY Yankees telling their coach to take the field with 1/2 of a team and win the world series?
