Great reminder, Mr. Smithee. I really need to get my will brought up to date. I've already put all my "serious" money into accounts with both kids named as POD. My IRA is also designated the same way. But, the house and some other stuff isn't properly accounted for, so I need to take care of that. Sweet Shirley just did all that and reminded me of it a couple months ago, so I have to stop procrastinating.

We have to look into Trusts. I know all of our departed parents had their assets in trusts and that saved a lot on taxes.
