I'm with you on fly fishing. As to the property tax, they've raised the millage. didn't know what it was, but it's the tax rate. The assessment on my house went down, but my property tax went up, because they raised the millage rate. really ticked me off. Have to pay for all those 100K public service union retirement packages. you know. We should have been firemen.

I really don't know how you can get past the droning voice of Leonard Cohen. And sad. So damned sad and he writes and sings such downer lyrics. It must be like artichokes. You have to develop a taste for them. I know where there is a little community stuck way up in a mountain valley with lots of really pure water and fish and people who know how to live. It is such a po-dunk place, but it is full of food. It's just there for the plucking when you find it. And wood...........you should see the wood. Good wood. Fir and Maple and Hemlock and Alder. Guys on SWAT teams would love to live there. You must be a city boy. :)
