The bagels you posted on the recipe thread the other day sure did look good. We're not supposed to eat a lot of bread around here or I'd be experimenting with recipes for a rustic ciabbata/Italian type bread. Love that kind of bread.

Did you use a starter, or did you just let it ferment from the air spores? Do you have a good recipe for the Italian bread?
