I am LMAO! I am working on a batch of rustic bread as we speak. Doing the pre-ferment tonight and I'll bake the bread tomorrow.

I looked at that site you linked but I don't like recipes that tell me to measure i ngredients by weight. I ended up with this:

PS - I also have several loves of Pumpkin bread in the oven at the moment. Looking forward to seeing how it turns out.

We aren't getting too many trick or treaters tonight.

Funny....that's exactly the kind of bread I found on the web a few weeks ago...copied it, but so far haven't been home long enough to deal with it....The one youi posted tonight looks very good too...tooooooo good...I'd want to eat it if it is as good as it looks.

Have to find Smithee's bagels too ...must have missed that post.
