Yes, that's better, Thomas. But if SaaS is the central component of Cloud Computing, it's an old concept with a new name. Cisco and others have been singing the praises of software on demand since the late '90s. The following comes from Wikipedia article on SaaS: Gartner's 2008 survey of 333 enterprises in the US and UK found a low level of approval from customers, describing overall satisfaction levels as "lukewarm". Respondents who had decided against SaaS cited high cost of service, difficulty with integration, and technical requirements Kumar's definition was more helpful - lol.
