Actual cash flow was negative, if memory serves to the tune of $93 MM over the last year, or about $3/share negative cash flow (depending on how many shares you assume).

Come on, Zeev, you have to be fair here. If the price is going to $0.0001/share, as you assume, the convertible shareholders will get half a trillion shares. So the negative cash flow on a per share basic is really negligible.
