Jill says that they have reached an agreement and Lew will be allowed to post again.

Now, if we could just get Chatters to post a few phone numbers........

Well what you just said is actually libel. not serious of course...
But the statement of an analysis of one persons facts and what I stated do not make my ethics bad in itself. How so?

LG said that Bloomberg was a party to fraudulent journalism. that they conspired to drive a stock price down by lying. That is serious stuff.

It is my opinion that the assays are salted and fraudulent. I did not say who did it. I don't know. I suspect that someone in the company knows. Its my opinion. I based it on my analysis of the likelihood of it being correct, the gov't opinion, associated companies with similar problems, the history of some of the participants and the doubtfullness of their previous ventures and many many other suspect things. But I stated it as an opinion.

Lew Green comes out and says "you guys are dirty for X, Y and Z and
its is A, B, and C." He committed.

But still I don't think he intended libel at all.
