I don't see folks, well or sick clamoring to get green cards and visas to live and work in Canada and especially to get first class medical care.

Could it be that taxes are more outrageous than USA?

Sneaker of Truth, you've obviously never needed a quick diagnosis of a complicated problem. If you did you would hot foot it to the US of A if you could afford it. Canadians are apparently too stupid to know or notice there is a difference between diagnostic medicine and treatment.
