Might "explain".... from a post on the WDC thread back about 10/25.

Some news I can give you is Goldman Sachs has sold 2,445 of WDC's Nov 35 calls, and bought 2,751 of the Nov 35 puts. Clearly, GS doesn't like WDC.

I expect it to trade between mid 20s to low 30s in November with it slowly rising towards earnings report in January. It will be below $35 on November options expiration. I don't think it will go below $25, but I can't make up my mind about $30 level. But obviously I have been wrong in the past <<gg>>.

FYI

Someone just opened 1400 NOV 25 (WDCWE )puts 7/16 on an uptick. Sell Nov 35 calls @5/8 to purchase Nov 25 puts @ 7/16? Another combination perhaps, just thinking out loud...
