NOT TRUE, Equities have regulations for the issuance of shares and the amount traded are FIXED. PERIOD. Any one selling that which cannot be borrowed has commited FRAUD and the securiies created are WORTHLESS. THAT IS FACT. All I want to know is how will it work once this stock comes under investigation IF what every one says is true. That being that there are market makers creating and selling EXCESS PHANTOM STOCK......so far noone can give me an answer. I am long RMIL, but I still would like to know the procedure.
